KINGSTON, Jamaica - Figures supplied by the Jamaica Racing Commission indicate that Horse of the Year Atomica, following her victory in the The Viceroy Trophy on Easter Monday (April 1) has risen to position number four on the all-time list of earners.
Atomica from her 21 starts has achieved 15 wins, two second place finishes, no third-place finish and on four occasions, she has not hit the board. The Gary Subratie trainee has now earned $24,949.200 for her connections.
Topping the list of overall earnings leader is another filly, former Triple Crown winner, She’s A Maneater. The Natural Selection offspring in her illustrious career raced 31 times, reaping 25 wins, three second place efforts, one third, one fourth place, and one unplaced finish.
She’s A Maneater has total earnings of $47,055, 150.
