KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Caymanas Monday (May 17) third was not expected to be a race and for sure it was not.
Racing for a second time Make Up Artist coming from the barn of trainer Jason DaCosta with Anthony Thomas in the saddle was all conquering at the four-year-old non-winners of two level again racing over 5 ½ furlongs.
When the gates opened Make Up Artist drawn at one went to the lead and after that there was no issues with Thomas delicately using hand and heels alone.
Second was Lava Boy (Tevin Foster) with Expeditious (Oneil Mullings) third.
