Anthony Nunes Holds Key In 3-Y-O Maiden Sunday (May 19) Event

RACE DAY ANALYSIS THREE

KINGSTON, Jamaica - The fifth event on Sunday, May 19, 2024, is for three-year-old maidens in which 13 horses have been declared to participate.

The distance is five furlongs straight, with The Quick Galloper’s assessment provided below.

1 - TOWN STAR is a bay colt (April 20) by Tapilu out of Starofthetown, trained by Donovan Plummer with Andree Powell riding. Still has a lot to learn.

2 - SEA OF BLUE is a bay filly (March 30) by Casual Trick out of Blue Saphira, trained by Patrick Lynch with Shavon Townsend aboard. Note that Sea of Blue races with first-time Lasix. Way off from being able to successfully race against these.

3 - OIL MACHINE is a chestnut colt (January 28) by Bern Identity out of Keep The Faith, trained by Phillip Elliott with Richard Lunan holding the reins. Note that the Oil Machine races with the visor on. Has placed on the board in six of his seven racing efforts. This consistency will prove of worth against these. Cannot be denied a chance of winning. A good horse for the exotics.

4 - SHE’S ADORABLE is a bay filly (February 24) by Hedge Fund out of So Smooth, trained by Carlton Cunningham with Paul Francis in the saddle. Note that She’s Adorable races with first-time Lasix. This filly makes her debut having moved with some fluency in the mornings. A good first run is expected from She’s Adorable. Watch her closely.

5 - RIDE NATTY RIDE is a chestnut colt (February 22) by Hedge Fund out of She Is Calling You, trained by Dale Murphy with Shane Richardson as the designated jockey. Note, Ride Natty Ride races with the figure eight and cheekpieces on. Quickly learning the trade. Victory will come soon.

6 - CHINITA ESTRELLA is a bay filly (March 9) by Sunshine N Shadow out of Chinitagoodaz, trained by Steven Todd with Kerry-Gayl Robinson riding. Still learning her trade.

7 - TORONADO STEEL is a chestnut filly (February 22) by Soul Warrior out of Miss Formality, trained by Khary Tucker with Everton Miller aboard. Useful experience will be gained by Toronado Steel.

8 - TRUST FUND BABY is a chestnut filly (March 10) by Hedge Fund out of Trust Fund Baby, trained by Anthony Nunes with Raddesh Roman holding the reins. Was not far away, losing out by the closest of margins on May 5 over four furlongs. Having gained that competitive run under her belt, Trust Fund Baby is now primed for a winning run, especially over the straight course.

9- UNDECLARED WAR is a chestnut filly (March 17) by Admiral Alex out of Naseen, trained by Howard Bailley with Phillip Parchment in the saddle. Note, Undeclared War races with the figure eight on. Another debutante, who will learn from the experience.

10 - DREAM TO REALITY is a bay colt (April 10) by Sensational Slam out of Dreamcometrue, trained by Donovan Plummer with Rudolph Paige as the designated rider. Morning observers are reporting that Dream To Reality has been looking good during exercise with many giving her more than a fair chance of success.

11 - UNDISCLOSDLOCATIONis a bay colt (February 15) by Casual Trick out of Bilingual, trained by Anthony Nunes with Reyan Lewis riding. Undisclosdlocation race with the visor, tongue tie and first-time Lasix. Undisclosdlocation is a full brother to Legit Boss, who is also racing today. Word out from the clockers is that this bay colt has speed and seems to me a good one in the making. Do not be surprised if Undisclosdlocation wins on debut.

12 - DI MIRACLE ANGEL is a chestnut filly (January 4) by Berlino Di Tiger out of My Angel, trained by Robert Pearson with Abigail Able holding the reins. Note that Di Miracle Angel races with the visor off and the blinkers on. Still has a long way to go.

13 - GOLDEN LAWYER is a bay colt (April 16) by Golden Ron out of The Lincoln Lawyer, trained by Patrick Lynch with Delroy Beharie in the saddle. Note that Golden Lawyer races with the figure eight off and first-time Lasix. Can be safely bypassed.
