Armory highlighted a Group Three double for Aidan O'Brien at Leopardstown when winning the Japan Racing Association Tyros Stakes.
Partnered by Ryan Moore, Armory was sent off the 2-5 favourite for seven-furlong heat which O'Brien had won 12 times before, including the last five renewals, with Derby hero Anthony Van Dyck taking the prize 12 months ago.
Stablemate Toronto set the early gallop but when Moore gave the signal, Curragh maiden winner Armory responded in style to run out a comfortable five-length winner over his stablemate.
O'Brien said: "You'd be delighted with him and we'll go for the Futurity with him. He progressing lovely, he came forward lovely from his first to his second (run) and you'd have to be very happy with him.
"He looks like a horse, that as a three-year-old, a mile would be his trip. You never know, he could stay further, but he's not short of pace. At the Curragh, he was very good when he got out. We're delighted with him."
Love had earlier made virtually every yard of the running to claim a clear-cut victory in the Jockey Club Of Turkey Silver Flash Stakes.
The 8-1 shot was one of three runners for O'Brien, with Ryan Moore opting to partner 2-1 favourite Precious Moments in the Group Three heat.
That left Seamie Heffernan to team up with the Galileo filly, who had been beaten in her two previous outings, and the rider was positive from the off.
Love was quickly in front and she was clearly in control entering the final of the seven furlongs, cruising home by three and a quarter lengths from Unforgetable, with O'Brien's So Wonderful third and Precious Moments fourth.
