KINGSTON, Jamaica – Racing on the outside down the five-straight course, Another Commander with a telling late burst in the final furlong was just able to get up at odds of 10-1 to win the Caymanas Monday fourth.

The Caymanas Monday fourth was for $750,000 - $600,000 claimers – three-year-old and upwards.

Mr Universe (Anthony Thomas) and Anaso (Paul Francis) dictated the early splits for most of this race with Casual Affair (Tevin Foster) on the outside in a handy position. Another Commander (Oshane Nugent) was not yet in the mix.

Both Mr Universe and Anaso tacked across to the stands as the former looked set to notch another victory, then out of the clouds emerged the trio of Graydon (Andre Powell) at 99-1, Colour Me Tan (Roger Hewitt) at 73-1 and Another Commander.

In the blink of an eye, Another Commander got home by a nose from Graydon with Colour Me Tan third.

Another Commander is trained by Ryan Williams.

The exacta paid a whopping $92,257.
