Jockey Ryan Moore has opted to ride Mogul from six Aidan O'Brien runners as the trainer seeks a record eighth triumph in the Derby at Epsom.
Seamie Heffernan partners Russian Emperor and Padraig Beggy is aboard Vatican City for O'Brien on Saturday.
The trainer also has Amhran Na Bhfiann, Mythical and Serpentine to tackle home hopes English King and Kameko.
O'Brien runs Love on the same day in the Oaks, where a field of eight includes Frankly Darling.
Frankly Darling, a daughter of the legendary Frankel, will be ridden by Frankie Dettori who teams up with favourite English King in the Derby for trainer Ed Walker.
O'Brien's Armory was the only absentee from Thursday's Derby declarations, while Ennistymon and Passion complete his three-strong Oaks team.
The Oaks and the Derby - two of British racing's five Classics - are taking place behind closed doors and on the same day for the first time.
Three miles of fencing are being erected around the track, where public rights of way will be suspended for the day.
But racehorse owners - two per horse initially - will be able to start attending race meetings in England from Saturday and watch the action from dedicated 'owner zones'.
A bumper weekend of racing action sees the return of two-time Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Enable in the Coral-Eclipse Stakes at Sandown on Sunday.
