- who rode WILSON in the first (1st) race on Saturday, August 8, 2026, had his explanation accepted for the Intimidation and Interference caused to SALUD leaving the 800-metre point.
- who rode AWESOME ANTHONY in the tenth (10th) race on Saturday, August 29, 2026, was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the Intimidation and Interference caused to THE SOUL WARRIOR and THE GENERAL by drifting left approaching the 1000-meter point.
Jockey ANTHONY FRAZER who rode KING CUSH in the sixth (6th) race on Sunday, August 30, 2026, was fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the Intimidation and Interference caused to CATALEYNA in the vicinity of the 800-metre point.
