Jockey CLIVE LYNCH who rode ALCHEMY OF SOULS in the seventh (7th) race on Sunday, April 19, 2026, was suspended for one (1) race day and fined Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race. The suspension will take effect on Sunday, May 10, 2026.
Jockey JEMAR JACKSON who rode MODERN MONARCH in the tenth (10th) race on Saturday, March 28, 2026, was fined Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for excessive use of the whip during the running of the race.
Trainer ALFORD BROWN who was summoned under Rule 247 for conduct prejudicial to the interest welfare and image of horse racing, after the running of the seventh (7th) race on Saturday, April 4, 2026, was severely cautioned on this matter.
