Michael, son of legendary Hall of Fame inductee and multiple-time champion trainer Kenneth Mattis, built his career in Jamaica before relocating to the United States many years ago, where he continued his work in horse racing for a while.
We extend heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues during this time of loss.
