Three Jamaican jockeys, Richard Lunan, Dane Nelson and Linton Steadman currently riding at the Century Downs Racetrack in Canada visited the winners’ enclosure over last weekend.
On Friday, October 3, in race four, jockey Lunan piloted number five, Wheels Up In Thirty to victory for trainer Seymour Biggs.
Also on Friday, October 3, in race nine, Dane Nelson won aboard number seven, Stone Carver for trainer Gonzalo Anderson.
On Saturday, October 4, in race number two, Linton Steadman guided the Rodney Cole conditioned number one, Highway Forty-Nine to victory.
Nelson closed his weekend double on number three in the fifth race, Free Gold for trainer Gonzalo Anderson.
