KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Hot Line Stakes, an essential beginning for the 2025 three-year-old Classic season preparation races, is set to occur as the seventh race on Saturday, March 15.

This event is specifically for three-year-old fillies competing over six furlongs.

A total of six contenders are lined up for the 2025 Hot Line, with The Quick Galloper's analysis provided below in draw order.

1 - SIMPLY ENCHANTING is a chestnut filly (March 24) by Soul Warrior out of My Elle Belle, trained by Oral Hayden with Shane Ellis riding. She achieved her debut victory going a mile, showing determination in a two-length win. However, the reduction to six furlongs in the Hot Line may hinder Simply Enchanting's winning prospects.

2 - LADY BABITA is a chestnut filly (February 1) by Soul Warrior out of Lady Abhijita, trained by Matthew Williams with Tevin Foster onboard. She claimed victory in the Eight Thirty Sprint over five furlongs straight in her second outing. Lady Babita has been well-prepared for this contest.

3 - DANKA is a chestnut filly (January 24) by Aveenu Malcainu out of Baby P, trained by Richard Azan with Ismael Velasquez in the saddle. Danka returns to racing after a lacklustre performance in the one-mile Jamaica Two-Year-Old Stakes on December 26, 2024. She has shown promising signs in her morning workouts and is ready for competition.

4 - SOCIAL AVIATOR is a chestnut filly (May 4) by Bold Conquest out of Classy Aviator, trained by Jason DaCosta, with Robert Halledeen riding. Having competed only once, she secured a strong come-from-behind win on December 24, 2024, at five furlongs round after a slow start. With the extra furlong, Social Aviator will be better off. If there is a hot pace, her stocks will rise substantially.

5 - ENTHUSIASM is a bay filly (March 12) by Wow Wow out of Noon It Is, trained by Anthony Nunes with Reyan Lewis as the jockey. Enthusiasm won her debut race 91 days ago over four furlongs. She returns to competitive racing prepared for this significant Classic preparation event.

6 - MIGHTY GULLY is a bay filly (April 21) by Buzz Nightmare out of Lady Exotic, trained by Robert Pearson with Phillip Parchment in the saddle. Having won her debut on October 26, she has since raced twice, facing stronger competition from the same age group. Racing in the Hot Line against age and sex rivals, Mighty Gully warrants serious consideration. Note that Mighty Gully races with the visor off.
