As the December 7, Mouttet Mile approaches, major contenders have completed their final gallops, showcasing their readiness for the anticipated showdown.
On Sunday, December 1, Legacy Isle, one of the foreigners occupying one of the six guaranteed starting stalls galloped for the first time on local soil.
Trained by last year’s Mouttet Mile winning trainer Rohan Crichton, Legacy Isle, who exited the quarantine station on Tuesday last, galloped a mile in a time of 1:42.0 coming out of the gates.
