KINGSTON, Jamaica - The regulatory body of horse racing in the country, The Jamaica Racing Commission (JRC) will be holding a two-day seminar for grooms and farriers.
The JRC’s engagement with the grooms and farriers takes place next week, Monday, October 14, and Tuesday, October 15.
