KINGSTON, Jamaica - Seven two-year-olds will make their first competitive race day appearance on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
The event is a two-year-old maiden call going four furlongs, and is the second juvenile outing in 2024.
DANKA is a chestnut filly (January 24) by Aveenu Malcainu out of Baby P, trained by Richard Azan with Raddesh Roman aboard. This is the first offspring of Aveenu Malcainu to race in Jamaica.
BEAUTIFUL SUNSET is a chestnut filly (April 26) by Northern Giant out of Excellence, trained by Jason DaCosta with Victor Sanchez in the saddle.
FOXY is a bay filly (February 11) by Casual Trick out of Keep The Faith, trained by Ian Parsard with Paul Francis riding.
QUEEN LATEHA is bay filly (April 5) by Casual Trick out of Gold Price, trained by Lorenzo Robinson with Aaron Chatrie holding the reins.
GLOBAL PURSUIT is a chestnut colt (March 18) by Bold Conquest out of American Invader, trained by Jason DaCosta with Robert Halledeen as the designated jockey.
SIMPLY ENCHANTING is a chestnut filly (March 24) by Soul Warrior out of My Elle Belle, trained by Oral Hayden with Tevin Foster riding.
BURNING HEDGE is a chestnut filly (April 16) by Hedge Fund out of Burning Clearance, trained by Carl Anderson with Youville Pinnock aboard.
