KINGSTON, Jamaica – Running for the first time Truly Amazing, a bay filly by Traditional – Runnin On Empty made the second race on today’s (Saturday, November 16) card a romp as she destroyed rivals in the five furlong straight – maiden three-year-old contest.
It was never a contest at any stage as jockey Aaron Chatrie simply guided the green running Truly Amazing to the easy victory to give trainer Spencer Chung his 14th winner for the year.
Truly Amazing won by 4 ½ lengths over second by the post Fearless Abi (Dane Dawkins – 8-1) with Super Amia (Dane Nelson – 5-2) in the third slot.
Truly Amazing won in very fast time of 58.2 seconds.
