When the tongue tie comes loose during a race, is that horse disqualified from the race ? Does anyone check to see if the tongue tie is still there?
been around racing for fifty plus years ,missing equipment is a vital part of a horse's accoutrements ( part and parcel).this has to be a first at caymanas,does anyone know if its the first time ever for the tongue tie ??
