KINGSTON, Jamaica – Leading rider Christopher completed a double on the Diamond Mile Race Day when he piloted the Carl “The Catman” Anderson trained Thepowersthatbe to victory in the fourth race.

Thepowersthatbe started with the pack of 14 in the Maiden Condition race for three-year-olds only before pushing to the front after three furlongs of the 7 1.2 furlongs event.

From then on it was a romp as Thepowersthatbe just kept on and on – winning in the end by seven lengths.

Sweet Surprise (Omar Walker 7-1) was second and Butseeyah (Hakeem Pottinger – 21-1) third.
