KINGSTON, Jamaica – The fleet-footed She’s A Hit, racing for the first time took a commanding lead in the fourth – a maiden special weight for two-year-olds run over four furlongs straight and never looked back as jockey Omar Walker had little to do in the saddle.
She’s A Hit, a chestnut filly by Blue Pepsi Lodge – Herroyalhighness won at odds of 7-1 to give her trainer Louis Richards his first winner of the season from only two starters.
Second went to rank outsider Last Lick (Chalrick Budhai -44-1) with Elitist (Reyan Lewis 3-1) occupying the third slot.
