KINGSTON, Jamaica - Jockey Tevin Foster showcased his skills when he steered the Gregg Fennell-trained Milos to victory in a three-year-old and up race at 5 ½ furlongs on Saturday, January 6, 2024.

Foster expertly broke Milos at the start and kept the four-year-old bay horse just off the pace while Legit Boss (Raddesh Roman) and Money Market (Dane Dawkins) exhausted themselves at the front.

He patiently waited for the leaders to falter, sticking to the inside rails as they rounded the half-mile (800m) turn.

Fortune favored Foster and Milos with a clear rail run as both Legit Boss and Money Market drifted wide off the curve. Milos seized the opportunity and grabbed the lead within the final furlong and a half.

However, Foster and Milos couldn't rest easy, as Acknowledgeme (Ramon Nepare) rapidly accelerated and charged towards the finish line, seemingly unbeatable. Just when it looked like Acknowledgeme would certainly overtake Milos in the final yards, Foster delivered a strong response to win by a half-length.
