KINGSTON, Jamaica – Former many-times champion Trevor ‘Slicer’ Simpson was spotted today (November 27) at the race track exercising horses as he prepares to ride on the Mouttet Mile Race Day scheduled for Saturday next, December 2, at Caymanas Park.
Simpson arrived in the island over last weekend as has already acquired two rides in two of the marquee events on the Mouttet Mile Race Day.
In the Mouttet Mile, Simpson will mount up on the Donovan Hutchinson trained Easy As A.B.C, and in the Chairman’s Plate (Overnight Allowance – nine furlongs and 25 yards), he will ride Further and Beyond also for Hutchinson.

Trainers and owners make their choices according to how they see things.
Not even Irad Ortiz can help those two rides that Slicer got.
