KINGSTON, Jamaica – In the fourth race it was Kingswood at 1-5 and now in the fifth it is Kingsman at 4-5, as royalty took over at Caymanas Park.
Kingsman competing in a Restricted Allowance 11 for three-year-olds non-winners of two and imported three-year-olds and up imported horses stayed off the pace set by Beach Boy (Raddesh Roman) in the five round contest while hugging the inside rails.
Omar Walker aboard Kingsman got a perfect run on the rails when the horses turned for home and after dispatching of Beach Boy, Walker had to dig deep to hold the consistent burst of 9-1 chance Raw Liquid with Christopher Mamdeen in the saddle.
In the end, Kingsman and Walker provided the victory by a neck for trainer Ian Parsard in a winning time of 1:00.1 for the distance.
Raw Liquid was second and Money Marshall third.
