KINGSTON, Jamaica – Former 2000 Guineas winner in 2004, Talented Tony K showed that he still has something left in his eight-year-old legs when he easily put away rivals over five furlongs straight in an Optional Claimer ($450,000 - $400,000). Talented Tony K’s victory came in the third race on the Wednesday card at The Park.

The combination of trainer Patrick Lynch and apprentice Daniel Satchell earned one of their easiest winners, as Talented Tony K after sitting off the early pace pushed through as the 3-5 odds on favourite to win by an expanding four lengths in a time of 59.2 seconds.

Seconds was Nuclear Thunder (Omar Walker - 8-1) with Alexandra third at odds of 19-1.
