KINGSTON, Jamaica – After five starts in which he finished second twice, Father Ken finally got the job just moments ago in the first race of 11 on the Wednesday (September 11) card at Caymanas Park.

Ridden for the first time by Omar Walker, Father Ken trained by Ryan Darby went straight to the front in the three-year-old maiden condition event run over six furlongs and despite a challenge coming into the straight by Belligerent King (Robert Halledeen), Father Ken was easy in victory. Father Ken won by two lengths.

Second went to Belligerent King with third place occupied by Thepowersthatbe (Romario Smith).
