  1. The JRC must and should implement a 6-8 strikes rule before the end of 2023 that comes into effect on the first day of 2024 jockeys need to stop murdering people horses and become better jockeys by being fit maybe they need to be tested for drugs and alcohol use 24 hours prior to a race also

  3. Jamaica is fast becoming a pariah nation in horseracing. At the very least stop beating our horses to death. The world is watching my friends, and if we want to successfully simulcast our product, we have to begin to adapt to the new realities of horseracing.
