KINGSTON, Jamaica – As expected it was an easy stroll for Wow Wow in the Terremoto Trophy, the third of 11 races on the Friday Golden Weekend card at Caymanas Park.
The race a five-furlong sprint for two-year-olds non-winners of two, saw Wow Wow, the 1-2 favourite ridden by Ameth Robles going clear when the gates opened and despite the persistent challenge of second place Dejae’s Boy, Wow Wow was never troubled winning by 3 ¼ lengths when they reached the winning post.
Second was Dejae’s Boy (Omar Walker – 7-5) with third going to Eagle One.
