KINGSTON, Jamaica – A tactful ride by Reyan Lewis secured a hard-fought victory for the Jason DaCosta-trained She's My Friend in the Caymanas Saturday, August 5, 2023, Race 6 – a contest for four-year-olds and upwards who have not won four races, covering a distance of seven furlongs.
Lewis maintained She's My Friend's position behind the swift frontrunner Dream of Paris. In the straightaway, Lewis guided She's My Friend along the inside rail with a powerful surge, clinching the win by 1¼ lengths.
