KINGSTON, Jamaica – After the abandonment of the first race (Sunday, May 7, 2023), the ten-race programme finally got underway with the running of the second. This brought victory to the Errol Waugh trained True Al Sky with Javaniel Patterson in the saddle. It was a one-two finish for Waugh, who is also the conditioner of second by the post Action Run. This was True Al Sky's fifth success from 29 career starts.
