KINGSTON, Jamaica – The first of ten races on the Sunday (May 7, 2023) card has been officially abandoned.
The official track announcer said that “due to technical difficulties, race one has been officially abandoned.” No details were given as to the technical difficulties being experienced.
That first event was for three-year-old maidens in which nine horses were declared to participate.
