KINGSTON, Jamaica – Apprentice Raddesh Roman brought Powerful Red trained by Rudolph Hardial with a telling surge in the last furlong, to win the second of 10 races on the Saturday card just moments ago at Caymanas Park.
The event a $250-200,000 CLAIMING (3YOS&UPWARDS) run over seven furlongs saw Powerful Red winning at upsetting odds of 7-1.
Second went to the 5-2 chance Batidor de Mundo (Kiaman McGregor) with Seriousmanipulator (Hakeem Pottinger) third.
Red hot 2-5 favourite Late A Drafy ran no race at all finishing fourth.
