Andree Powell has had to overcome serious injuries at the start of her career that sidelined her for close to three years out of competitive race riding.
During this torturous period of pain and anxiety, Powell was forced to make life decisions concerning her future in the saddle.
After careful thinking and consultation, Powell made the choice to return to the pigskin.
