KINGSTON, Jamaica – Six time champion jockey Omar Walker leads the all time list of earnings by jockeys.
Walker, according to the figures provided by the Jamaica Racing Commission, has moved over the $700 million mark in earnings.
Walker is followed by companion champions Shane Ellis (second), Dane Nelson (third), and Dick Cardenas (fourth).
The top earner on the list, who was not a champion is Paul Francis in fifth place, while the youngest of the lot in the top 10, is Anthony Thomas in sixth place.
