KINGSTON, Jamaica – Part two of this year’s Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) Mixed Sale (yearlings and two-year-olds) ended yesterday at Caymanas Park with a two-year-old bay colt (lot 89) by Key To Power out Rejected Slew topping proceedings selling for $2.2 million.
Other horses selling for $2 million or more were:
Lot 56 – a chestnut colt by Admiral Alex out of Secret Cat fetched a price of $2.1 million.
Lot 86 – a two-year-old chestnut filly by Deputy Glitters out of Spacedout sold for $2 million.
Lot 104 – a two-year-old bay filly by Soul Warrior out of Lady Belridge brought in a price of $2.1 million.
