A great man has passed! I have so many fond childhood memories of you in Bushy Park St. Catherine. You and my dad, Alimon Abdul were the first to put me on the back of a horse at the tiny age of 3. That memory is still very much apart of me. You were a kind but no-nonsense person. My condolences to your son, daughter-in-law and your beautiful grandchildren. May your soul rest in peace. Walk good Bert.

Blessed luv cuz,you lived a life full of memories. The end of an era. The memories will live eternally the best mango tree climber in Sav back in the day.
If it wasn't for you my father wouldn't have been introduced to the horse racing industry. If it wasn't for you one of the greatest jockeys, Winston Griffiths, would not have had a career at Caymanas Park.
