First win in 2022 for trainer Nicholas Smith
KINGSTON, Jamaica – It was a safe start for the majority of punters after 4-5 favourite Tiz Dancer duly obliged in the Caymanas Sunday (January 16) first.
Tiz Dancer came good in a four-year-old and upwards Restricted Maiden Condition race for horses who have not earned $250,000 lifetime.
With Oshane Nugent in the saddle for trainer Nicholas Smith, Tiz Dancer broke with the leaders and after a furlong and a half took over proceedings and was easy to the winning post.
Second went to Silver Fox (Natalie Burger), with Madam Catalina (Ramon Nepare) third.
