KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Caymanas Sunday second turned out to be a romp for Versatile Vision ridden by Tevin Foster for trainer Anthony Nunes.
Dropping down to the $550, 000 - $450,000 claiming bracket, Versatile Vision was settled in second as Special Counsel (Shane Ellis) set the early fractions.
Special Counsel held the lead until there were three furlongs left in the contest as Foster brought Versatile Vision alongside and then went about her business in the straight. Versatile Vision won by 9 ½ lengths.
Special Counsel was second with Lazer Light taking the third slot.
