Brinks bring the cash in | Caymanas Saturday 2nd

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Brinks, a bay colt by Bern Identity – Indian Bluff made an impressive start to his racing career in the Caymanas Saturday second.

The Caymanas Saturday second was a two-year-old maiden special weight contest at 5 ½ furlongs.

Bred, owned and trained by Ian Parsard with Omar Walker in the irons, Brinks waited for about half a furlong to hit the lead and thereafter it was not a race.

Brinks sped away from rivals in the straight and though he was easy in the final furlong won by 8 ½ lengths.

Brinks posted the eye catching time of 1:07.3 for the distance with splits of 23.4 x 47.2.

Ha Gow Siu Mei (Shane Ellis) finished second with third going to Justin Biden (Robert Halledeen).
