KINGSTON, Jamaica – After finishing third - two times in 11 starts - Diamond In The Sky found the winners’ circle in the Caymanas Saturday fourth which was a three-year-old Maiden Condition contest | fillies only | at a distance of 6 ½ furlongs.

Starting at odds of 3-1 with Christopher Mamdeen in the saddle, Diamond In The Sky hugged the inside rails close to Chiney Music who came down from the outside draw to lead with  Whispering Magic hovering.

Approaching the three-furlong marker Mamdeen sent through Diamond In The Sky as Infinity Ace (Richard Henry) got closer.

Over the last two furlongs, Diamond In The Sky veered off a true line as Whispering Magic gathered steam on the rails.

Diamond In Sky was stopping in the final half a furlong but somehow was able to hold on to score by a short head. Whispering Magic was second with Infinity Ace third.

Trainer of Diamond In The Sky, Colin Ferguson was recording his ninth win of the season.
