KINGSTON, Jamaica – Oneofakind continued his quick rise up the ranks with an emphatic victory in the seventh race on the Sunday card (August 16) a short while ago at Caymanas Park.
Oneofakind racing for the first time in a non-winners of two contest restricted to three-year-olds travelling a mile came from off the pace set by Adore Brilliance to win in compelling fashion well ahead of Fearless Champion (Phillip Parchment) and Tomohawk.
To make the victory even more convincing it was revealed by trainer Anthony Nunes after the race that just after leaving the gates, Oneofakind lost his shoe on the right hoof.
Oneofakind gave Dane Nelson his second win on the day.
