KINGSTON, Jamaica – Trade Winds Citrus manufacturers of TruShake Nutrition Shake has appointed jockeys Javaniel Patterson, Tevin Foster, and Reyan Lewis as brand ambassadors. Trade Winds is also the
producers of the popular TruJuice line of drinks products.
At a function held this morning (Tuesday, September 19) at Caymanas Park, the three jockeys signed the partnership agreements and were presented with their TruShake branded attire.
Speaking at the function Peter McConnell, managing director at Trade Winds welcomed the three new TruShake ambassadors, and implored the three jockeys to always carry the TruShake name with dignity and pride whether on the track or off the track.
“I am particularly pleased with the TruShake band forming this partnership with Mr Lewis, Mr Foster and Mr Patterson.
“We know the financial part of the contracts, and we know extra money is always welcomed.
“But more importantly, even more than the money, is being good ambassadors for the brand. When you are endorsing a brand, we want you to win, but at same time, we want you to carry yourselves everywhere you go, in a manner befitting the brand,” McConnell stated.
Foster in his comments said he and the other jockeys were pleased with the partnership and pledged to fulfil the role as a TruSHAKE ambassador with respect.
“For the three of us, this partnership is significant and is received with much pride and a lot of thanks.
“We are grateful to be TruSHAKE ambassadors, and will represent this brand well,” Foster said.

Great move. Jockeys are - pound for pound - some of the best athletes. Timely recognition of their talents.
