AWESOME PRINCE is a bay colt (May 8) by Vancouver out of Awesome Lucy trained Steven Todd with Omar Walker in the saddle. Put away by She’s Fantastic 19 days ago. Awesome Prince has been making steady progress in the mornings and with the field providing no terrors, he cannot be overlooked for a winning effort.
JUNGLE BOOGIE is a bay colt (April 14) by Soul Warrior out of Ashley Call trained by Anthony Nunes with Jawara Steadman. Jungle Boogie hits the track for the first time, with the choice of riders defining his chances.
SONNY T AND CHIPPY is a bay colt (May 27) by Savoy Stomp out of Trinket Box trained by Spencer Chung with Robert Halledeen in the saddle. Was out of the picture in his first run on May 22. Sonny T And Chippy, while progressing at exercise must settle for a minor place.
JOE is a chestnut colt (April 21) by Legal Process out of Lady Jameela trained by Michael Marlowe with Omar Simpson in the saddle. Has had one outing to date with nothing shown of any consequence. That trend is going to continue Saturday.
FLIGHT TIME is a bay colt (March 14) by Bern Identity out of Blast Off trained by Wilfred Chin with Andre Martin in the saddle. This colt will be looking for revenge after winning on debut only to be disqualified. His trainer has maintained confidence in jockey Andre Martin, with Flight Time having every chance of winning.
GRACEFULLY MADE is a bay filly (April 19) by Blue Pepsi Lodge out of Peace By Peace trained by Alford Brown with Dick Cardenas in the saddle. Gracefully Made faded in her maiden venture at 5 ½ furlongs. Now, going six furlongs, this filly will have to show marked improvement to be successful. BLUE SKY is a chestnut filly (May 2) by Herecomesben out of Breezy trained by Michael Marlowe with Ramon Nepare in the saddle. Needs time. Note, Blue Sky races with the visor and tongue tie on.
JOSH is a bay colt (April 12) by Casual Trick out of Jazzy Jet trained by Richard Azan with Dane Dawkins. Josh has the benefit of racing four times winning once and was then disqualified, with two-second place finishes also to his credit. Josh is primed to run well and with the change of riders from Bebeto Harvey to the red-hot Dane Dawkins, Josh’s winning stocks have soared.
